We are so thrilled to be based at St Catwg's Church Hall in Gelligaer. We are piloting sessions for the community and would love everyone to get involved!
Drama for Young People
Thanks to funding from The Big Sky Fund with Children in Need we are helping young people's emotional wellbeing using drama as a tool for expression, creativity and improve confidence....
Silent Discos
We offer sessions using personalised head sets for silent discos in care homes, mindful wellbeing walks listening to poetry and music and intergenerational silent discos for the community!
Seated Movement
We offer seated movement sessions in the community as well as music and movement in care homes to help with mobility and physical and social wellbeing....
