Wellbeing - its what we do...
Our work is varied, bespoke, creative and for people of all ages and circumstances, in order to enhance wellbeing. Here are a few examples of some of our projects over the past year.....
The Blue Health Project
The Blue Health Project offers a way for individuals and groups to be creative by the sea. It includes a bespoke silent disco walk and movement session, followed by an art session overlooking the water.
Locations have included Laugharne, Barry Island, Amroth, Saundersfoot and Pendine Sands. Participants have included Hijinx, dementia groups, and many other community groups.
Intergenerational sessions
Our intergenerational sessions bring children and older adults together to share experiences, music, movement, and creativity. These sessions promote connection, understanding, and joy across generations, creating meaningful moments that everyone can enjoy.

New music in care homes
From our extensive research, we found that people living in care homes still want to be creative and given opportunities to engage in creative practices such as music. This project brings new, original, live music to people living in care homes, encourages participation through percussion, movement and singing and has seen many benefits including reduced stress, increased social connectedness, enhanced well-being and communication.
Bedside entertainment in hospitals and care homes
Through consultation with many nursing homes, one issue that repeatedly came up was the lack of entertainment and activity options for patients that are bedridden. We have developed a range of meaningful, creative activities to overcome this issue as well as a training course for care home and hospital staff. For more information please contact us.
